At Sourced Goods LLC, we connect customers with independent sellers from around the world. Because we operate as a multi-vendor marketplace, each seller manages their own order processing and shipping methods. This policy outlines what buyers and sellers can expect regarding shipping across our platform.
1. 💼 Shipping Responsibility
Each vendor on Sourced Goods is responsible for:
• Setting and displaying their own shipping timelines, methods, and costs
• Fulfilling, packaging, and dispatching their products in a timely manner
• Providing tracking numbers (if applicable)
• Ensuring that items are shipped safely and in compliance with regional and international shipping laws
Sourced Goods does not directly ship or handle inventory unless explicitly stated in a product listing.
2. ⏱️ Processing & Delivery Times
Because sellers operate independently, processing and shipping times may vary:
• Standard processing time is typically 1–5 business days
• Shipping times depend on the chosen delivery method and the seller's location
• Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page, as set by the seller
Custom or made-to-order products may fall outside these standard timeframes. Sellers will provide specific processing and shipping estimates for such items in the product description or during checkout. These timelines are determined solely by the seller and are considered binding once the order is placed.
If no specific timeframe is listed, the default processing time is 3–7 business days, with estimated delivery within 5–14 business days.
3. 🌍 Shipping Locations
Many sellers offer domestic and international shipping
• Availability may vary by product and destination country
• Additional shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes may apply for international orders
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import policies.

5. 📬 Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
While most orders arrive on time, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to:

• Weather events or other uncontrollable circumstances
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost:
• Contact the seller first via your order page

We may step in to assist or issue a refund in line with our buyer protection policy.
6. 🚫 Non-Deliverable or Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to the seller due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts:
• The buyer may be responsible for reshipping fees
• The seller may issue a partial refund, minus shipping costs (at their discretion)
Always double-check your delivery address before placing an order.

Orders with multiple items from different sellers will be shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and delivery dates based on each seller's location and fulfillment schedule.
