Returns & Refunds


Sourced Goods LLC is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects customers with a wide variety of independent sellers. Each vendor operates their own storefront and manages their own return and refund policies. Because of this, return eligibility, procedures, and timelines may vary by seller.

How Returns Work: 

Contact The Seller First

Before initiating a return, please contact the seller directly. Each seller is responsible for handling their own returns and customer service. 

 • You can find the seller's return policy on the product listing page or the seller's profile. 

 • If the seller does not respond or you're unable to resolve an issue, please reach out to our support team at refunds@shopsourcedgoods.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Standard Return Policy (When No Seller Policy is Listed)

If a seller has not specified a return policy, the following default applies: 

 • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery 

 • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and any included accessories 

 • After we or the seller receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days 

Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to: 

 • Personalized or custom-made items 

 • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers) 

 • Digital downloads or software 

 • Intimate items such as undergarments, for hygiene reasons Always check the seller's individual product listing for any additional restrictions.

Disputes & Platform Support

If you’re unable to resolve a return or refund issue with a seller: 

 • Contact us at refunds@shopsourcedgoods.com 

 • Sourced Goods LLC may step in to mediate if the seller does not comply with marketplace policies 

 • We reserve the right to take corrective action, including suspending seller accounts, for non-compliance
